Unifying enterprise data into a single dashboard
Aon's aging CRM made it difficult to view client information in one place, generate reports, and perform common tasks. With no initial data available, I began with low-fidelity sketches to quickly explore solutions. Using Aon's design system, I created sample reports until real data arrived.
Once actual data became available, I worked with internal teams to consolidate fragmented enterprise client information into a single, comprehensive dashboard. We also designed a manager-facing view with a summary pipeline and key metrics.
The work clearly illustrated the proposed CRM improvements and helped secure executive alignment and project funding.
